We know you’re excited to receive your Soothe & Feed goodies — and we’re just as excited to send them your way. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and returns.

Processing Time

We aim to pack and ship your order within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). If there’s a rare delay, we’ll keep you updated via email.

Shipping Rates (Australia only)

• Flat Rate Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD
• Flat Rate Express Shipping: $13.95 AUD
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $100

Estimated delivery times are based on Australia Post benchmarks:

• Standard: 3–8 business days
• Express: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Start by checking your tracking with the carrier. Still stuck? Reach out to us at hello@sootheandfeed.com.au and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at the buyer’s expense.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and baby safety, we can’t accept returns on:

• Opened or used baby products
• Gift cards

Damaged or Faulty Items

If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, email us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund — whichever suits you best.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at hello@sootheandfeed.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send simple return instructions.
3. Once your item is received and checked, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
